OUR BACKGROUND

Killingworth & Parrott was formed in April 2011 by established local East Midlands solicitors David Killingworth and Stephen Parrott. The firm started as a partnership before forming the company of KP Solicitors Limited. Our aim of providing a comprehensive yet highly personal legal service to Belper and the surrounding communities, still remains a driving factor in the way we operate today. 

Our staff continually assist us in providing clear practical help and advice across their areas of expertise. We’ve found that concentrating on our core services, which you can explore under our services tab, makes us better at what we do. However, we have links with other specialist firms who may be able to assist you if you have an issue which falls outside of our current range of services. 

Many of our Clients have praised the way we work, often returning to use our services multiple times, and recommended us to family and friends. This has helped us grow steadily over the years, but we are still a small firm committed to our values.
